Return & Refund Policy

Playqid accepts returns, exchanges or refunds in case product has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery or if an incorrect product was shipped to you. We request you to check the product at the time of delivery and for any defects, let Playqid know within 24 hours of receiving it with adequate photographs and we will be happy to assist you. Any request after 24 hours will not be entertained.  

How do I return/exchange a product ?

For Playqid’s knowledge: Manufacturing defect  at the time of receipt includes – Ripped paper from puzzle pieces , bend pieces, missing pieces, or broken pieces. 

Initiating a request:

  1. Write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once the return/exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions by email regarding pick-up. 
  3. To be eligible for a return/exchange, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.

Exchange:

  1. In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
  2. Exchange: Once we receive the return shipment via reverse pick-up, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and an email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.
  3. The exchange product requested by you will be sent to you.
  4. Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

Return:

  1. In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
  2. Your funds will be refunded to the original source of payment chosen at the time of completing the transaction. Refund will reflect in the “source account” between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request. 

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order through website. Please write to us at [email protected] to cancel your order. Orders cannot be cancelled if it has been processed for shipping. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 14 days.
